Elura is a client of Heil's at the Velvet Rope - which is to say, she pays a fee to Anise and proceeds to kidnap and torture him without warning. Heil has a crew of admirers amongst the adolescent sons and daughters of the noble caste, who think they're oh-so-dark and nihilistic and naughty. Elura is the undisputed leader of the pack, despite being both a switch and small in stature; she's the one who comes up with new and exotic ideas, while the others mostly just follow along.
